Eshani Sathe is a kathak performer, trained under Pt. Rajendra Gangani and Guru. Smt Radhika Sathe for 15+ years. She has held the position of Head of Administration & Curation at Kathak Nritya Mandir, an institution working for the education and promotion of Kathak, for the last five years.
Eshani is a recipient of numerous national awards including the Ministry of Culture Award of Scholarship to Young Artists (2013), Mewar Mani Award (Govt. of Rajasthan) amongst many others. Eshani’s expertise in promotion of her art form over digital media, with companies like Indian Raga, along with her own virtual productions, have garnered millions of views across numerous social media platforms today. Her strength lies in the rigorous traditional training in the Guru Shishya Parampara of Kathak, matched with her academical education in science—leading to her popularity on-stage, as well as virtual media.
