Neha Pendse is the founder and artistic director of Aradhana Academy of Kathak Dance based in Houston, Texas, US. She is the disciple of the late Savita Godbole, Dr. Suchitra Harmalkar and Padma Shri Shovana Narayan Traxl. She has been trained in both Lucknow and Raigarh gharanas. She has completed her masters in Kathak dance from the DAVV university in Indore, India. She received a junior scholarship from the CCRT and has represented her university in state (gold medal), zonal (gold medal) and national levels (bronze medal). She has received accolades from the former president Pratibha Patil for her contribution to the university. Neha has performed all over India at various dance festivals like Malhar utsav, Paryavaran utsav, Guru Lacchu Maharaj utsav, and Mandu utsav. She has also performed in the US at the Sewa International charity gala, BMM Philadelphia, ICC Houston, HMM Houston. She serves on the judging panel at various dance competitions and has been working in theater since her childhood. She holds a degree in supply chain management from the University of Houston.
