Pankaj Sihag has received training in contemporary dance from esteemed instructors such as David Zambrano and Terence Lewis. He is currently refining his skills in Kathak under the guidance of Sanjukta Sinha and serves as both a performer and producer at the Sanjukta Sinha Dance Company in India. Pankaj Sihag graduated with first-class honors in Commerce from RJ Tiberwal College.

Pankaj Sihag subsequently discovered the Flying Low technique from one of the instructors at the Terence Lewis Academy, prompting him to conduct research on this method developed by David Zambrano. He was selected for a training program in Thailand and subsequently received a full scholarship to further his research in Greece. Ultimately, Pankaj returned to his hometown of Ahmedabad to pursue Kathak studies with Sanjukta Sinha, swiftly joining the performing unit within a few months.
